Joyeux Noël!

My Christmas was pretty good! My dad tried waking me up about five times in the duration of one hour, around 7-8 am, and I wanted to sleep in longer than that, but I couldn't fall asleep after my dad tried waking me up because I'm a light sleeper. So eventually, I got out of bed, we had our Christmas breakfast rolls ( like cinnamon rolls, only with orange icing instead )
Then we went and opened our presents.
List:
-2 shirts
-a watch
-chocolate
-a couple hats ( one of them being a fedora. xD)
-a CD ( Limbs and Branches )
-a DVD ( Dead poets society )
-headphones ( my other ones were fraying, and the right ear piece didn't always work )
-a little purse/ handbag
-sudoku books
-a couple other small things

I'm getting a digital camera tomorrow!
My mom and dad had a miscommunication about it yesterday, so they didn't get it then, so my mom and I are going out tomorrow to get it. I'm happy, because I can choose my own.

After opening our presents, we sat around for awhile, then we had Christmas dinner, which was delicious. Then I did a couple sudoku puzzles, my brother did word searches, my mom had crosswords, and my dad watched tv for awhile. Then we watched Jeopardy and Dead Poets Society ( which is an amazing movie, by the way ). Then my dad had to go to work overnight, so he went, and I've been on the computer for a little bit, while my brother plays his videogames and my mom is getting ready for bed.
My day was pretty amazing, I think.

Tis Almost Christmas ;P

Well, I can say that I've passed first semester of my sophomore year. :D
Finals weren't that bad, actually.
English was really easy.
Chem was also really easy, though I had to skip some questions and go back to it. Got a 91 percent on it.
Math was hard, but I got an 83 percent on it.
Health was okay, I thought I didn't do as well as I actually did. Got 94 percent.
History: I was so stressed about this one, but I ended up getting a question I actually studied for, so that was good. Hasn't been graded yet, and I'm worried on how I did.
French had three long tests, but they were pretty easy. Also hasn't been graded yet, but oh well. I can wait.

So, what are your plans for Christmas?
Doing anything fun?

I'm staying home with my family and having a Christmas dinner. :)

Finals Week. bleh.

I don't really expect anyone to read this. It's just to organize myself somewhat.

Tomorrow:
~English Final.
-Argument Letter is Also due.
~Half of History Final
-Still need to study for. I'm sure I'll do fine though.
~French
-Part One: The oral
--I have studied for it. As long as I speak a couple times during the discussion, I'll do fine
-Song Test
--I'll do fine on it.

Thursday:
Chem Final
-Still need to study for, but since I've paid attention in class, I'm sure I'll do fine on that too.
Health Final
-Still need to write the essay thats due then.
French Final
-I need to finish reading the book as well as study the history worksheet.

Friday:
Math Final
-Should be Fine, It's multiple choice. :D
History Final
-I really should study more. I have tomorrow and thursday, and free period on friday to do that. :D

- I like the sunset better. Though I would have to say sunrises in the country side are amazing.

- Hehe. As random as the “what are your thoughts on applesauce” question that I’ve gotten before. I like grass in the summer, when it’s really green and it’s fun to run through or just lay in. It’s kinda hard to keep up to make it look nice most of the time. And I like it better than rocks in a yard.
10) Are tomatoes a fruit or vegetable?
- I say they're a fruit

Now just a Bittersweet Memory

For the first time in the history of ever, I wrote a song last night.
Granted, it’s not the best thing in the world, but it’s okay for my first time writing a song.
It’s pretty short too.
Once I type it up, I’ll let you guys read it.

My favourite part of Jeopardy is coming up next week! I love the Teen Tournament part of it. I love Jeopardy in general, but the Teen Tournament has easier questions, so I can get most of them up there.
Plus, this next week, the next online test for Jeopardy is going to be announced, so I can try and get on a show. If I don’t get it this time, I’ll try again. It’s one of my goals in life to be a contestant on Jeopardy, because I think it would be an amazing experience, and I love the show. ( So much that my dad let me watch it during the election coverage. ) *Not going into the subject of politics* This would be my first time trying to get on it, so I may get beginners luck, or not be able to go on at all. The main thing is that I’ll try.

October went by too fast

Yes, I've decided to make a blog, because there are days where I wished I could write something about my day so others could read it. And no one really reads my journals on DeviantArt, or comments on them.

Anyways, it just seems like yesterday that it was October 1st. October is my favourite month, so I was excited for it to come. Now, it's November. I love November because Thanksgiving is my favourite holiday. My family always has a great time on Thanksgiving. We have a great dinner and afterwards, we play Uno or a game of that sort. I think we have a better time on Thanksgiving than we do on Christmas. On Christmas, we get up, open our presents and afterwards, we're usually off on our own looking at them or playing with them, then we have our Christmas dinner. But on Thanksgiving, we're pretty much together for the whole day and we always have a good time when we're together. We have a bunch of funny moments then too. Two years ago, we came up with a story with words only beginning with the letter 's' and then last year, I told them a story ( complete with a drawing and everything ) while debating the consequences in that story. I just love Thanksgiving.

I finished my History Essay today! I told myself that I would finish it either yesterday or today, and I finished tonight, so I wouldn't have to work on anything tomorrow. I can just relax and go to Kasey's birthday party. On the other hand though, I still have to finish my English Vocab which probably wont take long.

I'm still trying to get used to the whole Blogging concept and this site, so I'll go do that.
